Every student’s journey is unique, which is why USS is structured as a lifetime experience—there's no pressure to rush. That said, most students feel a massive clarity shift by the completion of the first module, once they've identified their Style Type combination and have mapped out their Style Blueprint. By the end of our 10-week live cohort, they’re experiencing a completely new reality in how they dress, shop and express themselves.

USS isn't about one-size-fits-all advice or copying someone else's style. It’s a personalized, step-by-step framework designed to solve the real reasons women feel stuck. Things like lack of clarity on what you truly want for your style, shopping without a strategy, struggling to fit your body, and the mindset blocks that keep you from fully expressing yourself. USS includes 20 weeks of LIVE group coaching every year – split into two 10-week cohorts (one in the spring and one in the fall). These live sessions give you personalized feedback, direct coaching from me, and structured support to keep you moving through the curriculum.

Absolutely, in fact I require new students to hold off on shopping until they've completed the curriculum, otherwise they'll just repeat old purchasing patterns. USS is designed to help you maximize what you already own before buying anything new. You’ll gain clarity on what truly works for you, learn how to style what's already in your wardrobe, and only shop when you're ready and it genuinely adds value. And since none of the other students will be shopping either, you'll have a supportive group going through the same process with you!

Not out of place at all! Women in USS come from all different ages and walks of life—our community includes women in their 30s, 40s, 50s all the way through their 80s. There’s no age limit on feeling good in your clothes and fully representing yourself through your style. This work is about you, and it’s just as powerful at any stage of life.

As for the tech, I totally understand that concern. I’m not a tech expert myself, so I keep things as simple as possible. You’ll watch the videos inside a Kajabi library, connect with the community on Facebook, and create your Style Blueprint using Pinterest (with tutorials to guide you if you’re new to it). That’s it! And if you ever have any questions, I’m here to help—you're never on your own.

You can expect to spend about one hour per week attending our live call (or watching the recording if you can't make it live). Plus 2-3 hours per week on your own time to watch the trainings and implement the exercises, like creating your Style Blueprint, editing your closet, putting together outfits, etc. That said, you can absolutely go at your own pace. This is why USS is a lifetime experience. There's no rush, no falling behind, you can revisit the material whenever you need and move through the curriculum in a way that feels best for you.

In fact, this program helps you move away from trend-chasing and instead develop a timeless, intentional style that works for you. USS gives you a step-by-step framework to develop a personal style that feels effortless and authentic. You don’t need a “good eye” to start—just a willingness to learn.
